Barriers to success

I believe that a barrier to success for teenagers in this generation is that they are afraid of failure. Sometimes this can be caused by themselves feeling ashamed if they have the inability to do something or the idea of disappointing parents or feeling as if they won't achieve their own career goals. As the years go by a lot of jobs are getting higher qualifications. This may make it harder to get the job you would like. Also money may be a problem. Sometimes students who may have the potential to pass a hard course in University may not take it because they are scared of failing and losing money. It is important to try to overcome this fear because it may hold you back in life. You can do this by not setting the bar too high for yourself and make more smaller goals that may help your confidence be higher for achieving the bigger, more important goals. Also, not to compare work with others as an achieve for some may be a failure to others depending on their own personal goals. It is important to not to focus on failing or else you may be held back in life.
